Polonia - Polish Folk Dance Ensemble of Chicago, USA welcomes you to our site. We are the youth ensemble dedicated to promoting the Polish folklore through high-quality performance of Polish folk songs and dances in USA and abroad.

Polonia Ensemble is the dance ensemble of the PRCUA, the oldest and one of the largest Polish American fraternal organizations. 
Polonia Ensemble is a representative group of the Northwest Center Traditional Polish Folk Dancers, non-profit organization, incorporated in the State of Illinois

Polonia Ensemble was participating in the XXIV International Festival of Folkloric Dances Festidanza 2006, Arequipa in Peru. Our concert tour started in Lima, followed by Cusco, Arequipa and Chivay. more

July 2008,
Polonia Ensemble travels to Poland to be part of the XIV International Folk Dance Festival in Rzeszow. Polonia Ensemble is delighted to be part of festival, which featured 45 groups from 16 countries. This festival is under the patronage of “Wspolnota Polska”  Its goal is to engage young people of Polish descent in preserving Polish traditions and culture and to encourage learning Polish customs through beautiful traditional songs and dances.

We are also planning to attend: - 13th International Olsztyn's Folklore Days „Warmia "

58th Annual Physicians Ball,

POLONIA Ensemble recognition

The Polish American Medical Association had another beautiful and successful Ball on February 2nd, 2008. This marks the 58th year of this fundraising event. Parts of the benefits of the Ball are allotted for important efforts in the Polish community. This year, the Polish American Medical Association has been supporting Bishop Abramowicz Seminary and Polonia Ensemble.  We are very proud in accomplishing this recognition.
